The Friedkin Conservation Fund (FCF) is a non-governmental organization that operates in Tanzania. Focused on conservation issues, we assist the Tanzanian government with the conservation of its Protected Areas, help uplift rural communities and conduct wildlife monitoring and research.

Anti-Poaching: Training & Selection
On 1 February 2010, the FCF anti-poaching division welcomed Mr. Ruben de Kock and Mr. Theo Landman of the African Field Ranger Training Services (www.afrts.co.za) to our Lake Natron concession.

What We Do
Our operations are focused on three core activities: our extensive anti-poaching program operates with 15 anti-poaching teams across northern Tanzania, our community development program targets communities bordering Protected Areas and our research and GIS programs gather and analyse wildlife data from the field.
