Simon Biliasi – Mobile Sable. Passed away in March due to cerebral malaria. May he rest in peace.

Lomayani Moiyo – Monduli RAT

  • Retired from FCF after 4 years of anti-poaching service

Sama Swai

  • For 8 years of exemplary anti-poaching service to FCF

Half the teams remained in the field over the holidays and their presence had the intended deterrent effect – very little activity was seen. The Monduli team worked in conjunction with our light aircraft, and over what is typically a busy time of year for zebra skin traders no evidence of large-scale zebra slaughter in northern Maasailand was apparent.
